next meet @Flying Fox
#2
Hi Colin
You beat me to it!
Last Sunday of the month is next Sunday 27th, so all who would like to meet up again this month are more than welcome to about 1pm. We had a good turnout last month - be nice to see everyone - and any more - there again. My friend bought one today so he will be coming.
People - do you think we should meet at the F.F. - see who arrives then make our way to the Red Lion in Heath and Reach for drinks and/or grub or meet at the Red Lion straight away?
By the way , if anybody knows the surrounding roads well and the weather is nice, perhaps we could go for a small drive - I do like driving in convoy.
Bye for now
Regards, Rikki
PS the weather is getting nicer !!

Not a huge response this month guys. Pbone, Vaughan, Stef, Rick D, Ross - you guys out there?
Paul, do you know a village called Milton Bryan near Hockliffe. A friend recommended the Red Lion there. I took a look last night. The village has lovely houses and the Red Lion has a nice garden and probably room for our cars. We could maybe go there from the Flying Fox and give it a try?

i'll b along on sunday, me and colin and a few others are going to meet up by the fiat garage on junction 11 of the M1 at 12.45.
Just a suggestion, but does anybody fancy trying the chalk hill just outside dunstable on the A5? There is a decent size car park, the food is good and we could have a little cruise from the FF, its a nice bit of road

OK, idea...lets meet at the Flying Fox as per usual. We will probably want to move on because it is usually so busy. Then we can try the Red Lion at Milton Bryan, if it is too small/busy then we can carry on to the Chalk Hill. Sound OK?

Silent Monkey, you'll find the Flying Fox on the A5, 6 or 7 miles north of Dustable, or 3 or 4 miles south of Milton Keynes. Hope this helps. Unfortuneately work commitments dictate that I'll be missing out on this one but I hope to make the next one.
See you soon,
Shaun.
