I have been visiting the stages today and needless to say everywhere is very wet, so please bring your wet weather gear.

This year we have 71 confirmed entries including a group A car.

The Barrett group N Subaru is car number 1.

Oh... does anyone know how Simon Barret got on?

He was in a yellow Pug, car 53. It was his first rally and he only bought the car the weekend before.

Thanks for the tickets Paul,

It was a fun day out, just waiting for some photos to get developed :-). For those of you who left before the afternoon session this was when the real fun began :-( . A few cars slid off, but the highlight was the saphirre cossie that beached itself on 3 straw bales and nearly overturned in the process meanwhile about ten cars passed just missing it while the spectators attempted to free it while running for cover everytime the marshall blew the whistle!!

I'd like to specially thank all those of you who dragged yourselves out of bed early in the morning to make the breakfast meet. It was nice putting names to all the faces.

Next year this rally will form part of the British Rally Championship and will feature many more top cars/drivers as well as lots more spectators!! I'll post a couple of pictures up once I've sorted them out!!
