SOUTH EAST LONDON / KENT...CLANG-N-BALL RUN
Well this is the new improved BBS so heres the new improved meet with a new improved name !
The date is fairly soon but it has been organised already on the `supra side` and I`ve just got the details. It`s the 27th Aug 2000. The breakfast point will be Rye but the route will be new. I dont have any further at the moment, but will let you know as soon as I do.
I plan to meet in the normal place at the ESSO Garage in Pratts Bottom on the A21 at a suitable time to enable us to meet with the others in RYE. Please register your interest and I will e mail you direct with details.
Come on you Clang-n-ballers....lets `ave it.

Agghhhhh! Kris I have heard so much about these mad dashs to the coast you organise I may finally get to come and play.
I have been at home anoying the Mrs now for 6 weeks (between jobs) so she'll probally be glad to get me out of the house for the day.
I have a mate SJD who may be interested to although he needs to sort out a mechanical fault first, so count me in and I will let you know If i get any others.

GLENN & DENZ.....do a search on `south east london / Kent` meet and you`ll get the picture. There have been several runs before ,all successful. This one is going to meet the Supra club down at RYE and then they have found some new routes through to BATTLE and around Camber.I`m still waiting for times etc.

Judging by `JUSTINS ( small willie, big car !) post we scoobs need to be a Rye for their 9 am rendevous. Therefore I would like to start at Orpington at about 7am - 7.30am. This will allow us to have a blast down there and warm the `ol tyres up eh !I can then adjust the route we take according to the time and arrive for the 9am meet.
The Orpington meet is at this location below..

God, I'm getting all excited!!
I think I need to rest my head mother.
Sad ain't it.
Took my car in for service today, and the mechanic informed me of heat cracks in the pads. Quite worrying to say the least. Looks like brake upgrade is on its way.

Provided they are only small cracks this occurance is actually normal and shouldnt be worried about. They are small surface cracks . You should see my discs after a run but a couple of days later with sedate driving they have all gone.

Oh ****!
I wish I could make this run. Oh do I!!!!
Unfortunately the Scooby has gone, and I now live in Canada!
Oh well, I'll revel in reading the comments before and after.
Have a great run.
For those who haven't been, it's not for the feint hearted.
KRIS, keep up the mad as hell pace, and have no regard what so ever for the poor guy at the back of the group.
If you've never done this (anyone), and you own a Scoob, DO IT!!! It'll be the most fun you ever have in your car, I guarantee it.
As for the Supra boys, well Justin, I seem to remember a certain Scoob being all over the back of your car like a rash!
Have a great one guys. Lucky B4stard5!
