south west /cornish scoobies do pontins!
Hi everyone 
this event is to replace the treasure hunt in march
well where do i start , edmondo ,jaminrat,thedaddy ,kerry and bens sister tory allhave a birthday in march , it is bens 27th birthday and eds 40th the daddys 100th torys 20th and not sure how old kerry will be (scoobyloves daughter)
it is also South West Scoobies 1st birthday!!!!!!!!!!!
to celebrate this we were gonna throw a party , alas as i was arranging it it was getting pricey and i knew we couldt afford it
so
took a leaf outta essex scooby crews book , and had a look into a cheap 3 night break to a holiday camp
Now i can give everyone these details :
Pontins , wall park , south devon will be the venue
dates friday 31st march arrive there at 3pm / depart 11am monday 3rd april
loads of entertainment there including karaoke in the bar in the evening , bingo,go-karting,golf 18 hole and mini golf , quaywest is around the corner , the holiday camp has clubs for the kids to do for the younger ones and for teenagers .
Not far from brixham which is good for fishing .
always entertainment in the bar and club house in the evening including disco / adult comedy / live bands
also will be a great chance for us all to have a really good laugh together , and we can bring the kids along too , so no hassle or worry finding babysitters
now here is the best bit : the cost
for a chalet £90
for a posh chalet £105
this is not per person or per night , this is PER CHALET! most chalets have a double bedroom , a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed in the living area .so if a few of you want to squeeze in together it cuts the costs right down but if you want a chalet please say or say if you are happy to share and who you can share with
the posher ones have same as above but they have a room with 2 single beds in , instead of the one single bed and have sky dig tv.
it is self catering , and there is a 5 or 6 shop/takeaway/restaurant /burger places there
need 25 adults and 10 children to get that price
we planned this as it works out much cheaper than birthday partys , and means us lot can relax for a nice long weekend
need a £30 deposit per chalet as soon as possible(pref before 9th november) and need to know if you want a standard chalet or a club chalet which is the one with the extras
