From what i can remember when they were on the roadworks on the M20, there on a blue pole with two yellow looking cctv cameras at the top of it.But they will see you before you see them....

Thats exactly as my mate described them. He commutes the road every day and has watched them go up. Indeed they will probably see you before you see them so thats why I thought I would put a quick note on here
