It has been a long time now since the last box hill jap meet meet and i seem to remember a good one about this time last year does anybody know when the next one is.

How about a Sunday meet? Possibly the last Sunday of the month? So it doesn't coincide with any other meet...

 

Think you find that it clashes with the Grasshopper meet that I organise

 

Fair comment, we have the 'Surrey Meet' on every 2nd Sunday of the month...What about the 1st or 3rd Sunday? The only reason I am thinking about a Sunday is normally more of a relaxed day...what do you guys think?

perhaps we could give the west sussex meet a miss after all it seems less of a meet since the drive from the service station was dropped , i was thinking of box hill being more of a jap meet than just the scoobs how about tying up with the nissans, mitsi's, mazda'z and hondas lik the big box hill meets of old ?

 

box hill is a lot closer than sussex for me and being a jap meet its good to see other great jap cars.

You are right there Neesha Sussex meet is not the same without the drive to the pub from the services

Box hill is also damn convenient for me too

 

Not sure if having the boxhill meet on any sundays is a good idea, during the summer the car park at rykas (bottom of box hill) is often shut to cars to allows the bikers to have there meet, they've been meeting there for years so I don't think they'll be too happy if we try take over. The only place we could park is on the road outside the carpark - not ideal!

Saturdays are alway quieter there and there aren't usually as many bikes around.

Looks like a saturday then, but not the first one as this is the Posers cruise to Southend meet

 

If it was a big meet I would be tempted to come down from Essex, as would a few others from the Essex posse ( ) I guess.

Personally, I would prefer a Saturday meet.

Trying to get a post on the skyline / evo websites at the moment to make it a decent size japmeet on asat probably early april on a sat

 

Sussex meet was good this weekend & I can assure you there was a drive from the services to the pub !
More cars met at the services than met at the pub !!!!

 

Was going to pop along to that but was tired after the trip to Manchester

 

I would be up for this, count me in, a sunday meet would be suicide because of all the bikers saturday is a much better idea

 

I'll be up for a Saturday at Boxhill.

Just down the road really and I should be able to some of the CRX guys down for that!
