just seen an interestin thread for a tunnel blastin cruise and thought it would be fun to go along.... can any1 make it??

I think there plannin on strasting in some of the east london tunnels and finishing up at the Ace Cafe which is pretty convinient for us..

whaddya think??

In the meantime whats wrong with W Londonn tunnels? There's Hangar Lane, theres the one that goes under Hyde Park Corner and the ultimate one of course is - Heathrow!

Born and brought up in Ealing so im still a west Londoner
my wife works at Heathrow so I obviously LOVE the big long tunnel there Always look forward to taking her in

I take full responsibility for any confusion. There is only one tunnel cruise that day, the East London one.

When my good friend Scoobnov posted about anyone in W London going to join this, he did not count on my laziness - which knows no bounds.

I was simply stating, in my earlier post on this thread, that no way in hell would I get up on a Sunday morning, drive over to East London, (in my comparatively quiet Subaru) drive through some tunnels listening to OTHER peoples' loud exhausts, then drive back to W London. Therefore why dont we drive through some tunnels in W London instead.

Oh, this was after I just about managed to get my hairy backside over to the Ace Cafe to meet everyone else in time for when they have completed the cruise!

See? So I am still participating, just after Midday! Sorry for any confusion.

If I was you I would join the cruise in East London and I will meet you and all the others at the Ace Cafe.

just had my exhaust fitted so need to let it scream its lungs out

Ace Cafe is just off the A406 North Circular, about 1/4 mile north of the Hanger Lane roundabout (junction A406 & A40). That's west London, mate.
