As everyone seems to be taking it in turns to post this, I thought I would do it this time.
The Wharf Pub still seems to be a good venue, though it was a bit crowded for the last meet, lucky there were only 5 1/2 of us!
So Friday 17th January 8pm for our very first meet of the new year!
If anyone is not sure where this is, Im sure Hades will put one of his splendid maps on here for us
Look forward to seeing you all again, & hopefully a few new faces would be nice

All being well, I should be there. "Splendid map" here .
With a bit of luck, the arrow is on it this time, just for Pele!

Pele,
Ooops, Ive been a bit lacking in the meeting department, havent I?. I'll deffo be there for this one.
Mega, Its a nightmare to find if you havent been there before, I think it is easier if you come off at the last junction before the tolls.
BTW, Strange question!, but can I have a measure of one of your front fog covers while we are there as I need to know where the mounting hole is?
Project facelift will be complete in two more weeks

I think I could find my way there, I use that way as a 'back route' into Bluewater.
Won't be able to make the meet though, due to my girlies birthday and thus lots of drinking happening! Will try and make the next one.

Hol, that's why we gave you some time off to recover from surgery!
Mega - don't forget your hat, scarf, coat....
RB5 - Thursdays are a bit of a difficult day, perhaps next months if we can sort something out

Any room for newbies then.

Mega says hes only comin if it aint raining. Poof!

My loving parents phoned last night and told me they were visiting me this weekend - I cannot tell them to bugger off or they get upset.
About 10 minutes after they called I had to turn down the offer of a free place on a game shoot this weekend too - double bugger.
See you next month hopefully.
P.S. Just in case my use of the word 'bugger' offends anyone I should point out that as a Yorkshireman my cultural heritage allows me to say 'bugger' whenever I want providing it is done in an authentic Yorkshire accent.

Meeting at Makky D's would probably be a good idea, say 7.30ish then?
You got your new front end yet then Hol?

pick the new car up on Thursday.......God I can't wait, been looking for months for the right motor. Had to blow the budget, but who cares!
Will try and make it to see what standard I have to keep the car in.

Mega - That's top secret info you got from Tim W! Did you have to extract fingernails to get it? (seriously, hope it's a good outcome for him tomorrow)
Lan Man & Dicke C - all are welcome, the more the merrier, with us you have a wide range of people - from people who like a good chinwag about anything & everything to the more technically minded people, who can provide some very useful information . Caution - make sure you have either deep pockets or a nice Bank Manager!

"deep pockets or a nice Bank Manager", and in my case an understanding wife. She's getting an extension/conservatory out of me now (Medway1's fault ) so its fair game for new mods.
Mega, I should be fitting the STI6 splitter, Bumper and fog covers next saturday. Ive got crystal lenses on order and just need some STI stickers for the covers. hence I need a look at your originals regarding placement.
Its taken a bit of time, but I wanted all original parts. Well happy!

Welcome aboard Calder! You are more than welcome to come, but your pockets may suffer, like ours did after our first meet (it still is!)
