Is anyone interesed in going to this event from the website it looks ok. I went last year and though it was a bit crap but this ywar it looks as though they have put a lot more effort into the timetable.

Spoke to John from the SIDC and he said that because of 'holiday commitments' the SIDC would not be having a stand but also said to contact our regional organiser to see what he could do.

If we can get say at least 5 of us together this will be enough, I will find out who our regional organiser is and mail him to see if he will contact the weston wheels poeple and can get a stand sorted.

I'm the regional organiser for my sins. Not sure as yet if i'll be around next weekend.
For info, I know the officer that will be there from the A&S traffic police. Her name is Jacqui Harris and along with her colleague, gave a presentation to us at Tileys a while ago. Last I heard, Tileys were going to take along an STI.

Was this the event that had weston blocked up last year? If it is then might pop down on the bike for the afternoon .

Yes it did block up weston last time. All the way down to the motorway and all the way into weston.

This year it is starting a 2pm instead of 7pm so shoudl be a bit easier on the traffic.

Just goes to show how popular it is.

I went last year and only saw two other scooby's i thought there was gonna be more of us, can't make it this year i'm in Ireland looking at hotel's for my wedding(oh s**t big money)so i'll be missing out. Look out for the sad boyed up cars they'll make you chuckle with there sticky tape holding on there spoilers
