I'm starting a petition to have every man, woan and child Londoner charged £1000 per year for their subsidised rail and tube travel, and £2000 a year ON TOP OF THE clean air zone charge if they own any sort of vehicle.

All monies collected to be used to ACTUALLY put some investment into the north, which is NOT just Manchester and Liverpool with a bit of Newcastle sometimes!
