Please sign my petition against Londoners...
 

I'm starting a petition to have every man, woan and child Londoner charged £1000 per year for their subsidised rail and tube travel, and £2000 a year ON TOP OF THE clean air zone charge if they own any sort of vehicle.:razz:

All monies collected to be used to ACTUALLY put some investment into the north, which is NOT just Manchester and Liverpool with a bit of Newcastle sometimes!
