97' ver 3 sti type ra

I have a split in the pipe from the air filter to the turbo (pictured below).. does anyone know the size of the pipe - I.D at each end? I don't want to take it off and split it more and I gave my vernier to an apprentice at work when I left last week.

Also just up from the boot I'm missing a rubbergrommet, I have one on the passenger side (both pictured below). I was wondering if anyone knows where I could source some from singularly or also as a complete set up and over the roof.
