Average cost of fitting a Tracker
Morning all,
I'm being lazy, but this is to save me trawling the net etc...
I'm looking at buying a Type R, have a couple of interest, but neither have a Tracker installed. My best insurance quotes specify it's fitment.
So the question is how much am should I expect to pay to have one fitted, along with it's yearly subscription?
Also, there seem to be a few different types out there, anyone have experience?
Cheers
Ken

Give Adrian Fowler a ring, details are in this thread:

Not sure what the normal pricing for Tracker is though. I have also had work done on my car by Adrian was very happy with it.

Nave a look at tracker-networks.co.uk (or something like that) They can give you a full price list including installation and subscription + a list of authorised installers, which includes main dealers.
As far as I know all UK Scooby dealers are authorised to instal their trackers.
If you intend to keep the car for more than 3 yrs, it will probably be cheaper to to pay a lifetime subscription (approx £299 as compared to £99 p.a.)
