As per title, when alarm is engaged the doors are not locking. I can hear the click as the doors try to lock. So I manually lock now and engage alarm and when unlocking switch off alarm and then unlock car with key.

Is this an issue with the lock or something with the alarm?

I think it has been doing this for a while and the car has been sitting unlocked.

the linkage that connects the alarm slave and door locking linkage may have just come loose,
take the door card off on the door thats making the noise and see if its all tight, try working the alarm fob as you look, you should see the slave motor and where it connects.

i have a similar problem but mine still unlocks with the fob but wont lock again

 

Rod clamp on slave motor inside drivers door maybe loss check and adjust as needed
