Help with alarm

i have recently bought a 97 impreza wrx it has an Omnitronic page guard (PG-5100RS) alarm, i have the instruction manual but the remote doesn't work. Can anyone help as i need a new remote but i am unable to find a supplier in my area. any help would be great, thanks
