Hi all,

Just had a ai606 fitted to my v5 type r, when i dis-arm the interior light comes on but so does the door open signal on the dash? Can anyone confirm if this is meant to happen?

Yes;

It uses the same wiring to the door pin switches to switch on the interior light. The alarm switches the light on by earthing a door pin switch wire, even when the doors are all closed.

The door open light is on the same circuit so will also illuminate.

Your alarm fitter should have told u but it is in the owners manual !
