Default Clifford Concept 50x Alarm

Hi,

I have a Clifford Concept 50x Alarm fitted to my subaru, which does sound an alarm, however, it's not chirping when you lock/unlock (twice to lock, once to unlock) is there a way to enable to chirps? or it it broken?

Thanks,
Michael

A mate of mine has a Concept 50X on his MR2, and it doesn't chirp for lock/unlock either, even though we've set it up correctly using the valet switch. We've also tried changing the siren but the siren chirps correctly during the setup process, so it's definitely not that. Looks like it may be a fault/quirk with that particular alarm...? So long as it works, I wouldn't worry too much about it mate!

Hope that helps?

To add to my earlier reply, assuming that you have the PIN code for the valet switch, you can download the manual here and ensure that the chirps are switched on...
