Default clifford concept 650

can anyone help me out? yesterday my fob started to work intermittently. today it won't work at all. i tried the spare it didn't work either. i swapped the batteries from the spare into the one i use all the time still nothing. i'm at a loose end here. does anyone know whether this is a common problem? the alarm was fitted in september of this year so its not very old.

try new batteries in both remotes. Even if you don't use them they drain slightly so the spare may be flat as well. Alternatively try reprogramming your remotes into the alarm. Instructions are in the manual.

Default alarm

the day after my post everything started working as normal again. the only thing i changed was the alloys. i took the pram wheels of and replaced them with 17" wheels. mabye this interfered with the configuration of some of the sensors on the system. everythings working fine now. thanks for your reply and all the best for christmas and hogmanay.
