Cheapest Cat 1/2 alarms

A firend of mine had just bought an on 205 GTI. To pleasr the insurance company he needs either a cat 1 alarm or cat. 2 immobilser fitted.

Anyone know the cheapest kit/place to get said equipment fitted?
