M4 Alarm problem
my friends dog tonight has eaten my alarm fob (i had snapped the bit which holds it onto my keys..)
now i do have a spare fob at home which stop working a while back too.. so i am pretty stuffed as for getting my car open and started...
ive found my paperwork which give me my emergency pincode.. but what my question is, i do not have a remote keypad for my system.. can any one instruct me as to of any local dealerships that can sell me one.. (really need it fat)
i live near "luton" (herfordshire)
any help is much appriciated..

Firstly I see you have found your PINCODE has this worked and is your vehicle useable once again? whilst using the PINCODE to deactivate the alarm and your set of keys for the ignition? OR using the original remote control if the button on it is still useable? OR do you not have a keypad installed in your vehicle?
Secondly, when you are referring to a "Remote Keypad"
I presume you are making reference to the remote control which houses PCB and the single button? If so you can find your nearest dealer go to www.subaru.co.uk click on the authorised Subaru dealer locater on the left of the homepage, then on the authorised dealer link on the next page, then click on the map which represents which part of the country you live in then finally click on a dealer location that is close to you to get the contact details and location of the dealer OR for non-Subaru alarm systems ring Toad sales on 0870 417 7795 select option 3 provide them with your address details and these in turn will let you know where your nearest dealer is.The part number of a remote which has a single black button on the front, a red LED, a circular battery cap on the rear which houses two single cell batteries will be AC38 if ordering direct from the above number or at your local dealer or SACC3461 at your local Subaru delaer (please note the decal colour that surrounds the remote key button will be blue with a Subaru logo if purchased from Subaru and grey with a Sigma logo if purchased from anywhere else).
If you are having any difficulty in using your PIN code along with the keypad, obtaining new radio keys (Whether these be the ones I have described above or any different) from Subaru, Toad or a dealer or indeed programming these in, please pm me with your requirements and I will get back to you ASAP.
If all else fails please let me know (Just to confirm) the alarm model, the amount of remotes you have at present, the amount of remotes you have that will arm and disarm the alarm, whether you have a working pin code for the alarm, whether you have a keypad installed in your vehicle and what the remote controls look like that you own - colour, size, shape etc.
Regards
