probably not if its just 1 of those bars that go thru the steering wheel, i had 1 on a old car and was also thatcham approved so thought it was all good..but car got stolen and burnt out and you could just about see that they cut straight through the steering wheel and removed the stoplock!

Get a disc lock mate, worth every penny as its a visual deterrant and u ain't getting it off for ****!!
