Steve, i cant remember, but ring the installers and get them back to show you. You will probably need the software and link for it?

Thumbs up

Thanks Steven, it took the guy 7 and a half hour's to fit ,
he did use his lap top to set everything up!
i know it can be done without a lap top you can use you valet switch and master remote but i dont know the code?
i did not want to ring the guy yet as he only fitted it yesterday, i dont want him to think im a pain in the neck calling him evey day or so..

If you do ring him he'll probably tell you to wait a few days for it to 'bed in' anyway.

Are you sure about being able to alter it from the remote / plain view switch? I was under the impression (Could well be wrong ) that the prox was set up with an analogue dial on the control unit.

Like I said, could be wrong...

I phoned him yesterday he said to give it at least two day's to settle down and if i want it turning up to ring him and he will talk me through it, it's done by remote once you are in program mode one button turn's it up and one button turns it down , it's only on the eary models that you turn it up with a little **** on the unit its self.....

also doe's anyone use the G5 master remote?

Try This

Using the master remote:

press the level shift button on the side of the remote 3 times

then press button 4 once

siren will chirp once
led will come on

then to adjust the internal zone press button 4 to decrease
button 2 to increase

to end internal adjustment press button 3 and the siren will chirp

then to adjust the external zone press button 4 to decrease
button 2 to increase

when you have finished adjusting: press button 1, you will get 2 chirps
press button 1 again you will get 3 chirps

thats it
