Default Sigma M30 alarm

Hi,

Two things:

Does anybody know if there is a 'default' PIN code for the M30's keypad. The PIN code didn't come with the '98 Scoob I bought recently and the previous owner never knew it either. Any ideas?

Both of the alarm fobs have the key ring loop snapped off, which is a pain. The local Subaru dealer can supply new fobs, but without a PIN I think I'm stuffed as I can't code them in to the alarm. Anyone know if it's possible just to get the plastic fob cases cheaply so I can transfer the electronics over?

Thanks,
Paul

there is no default code but you can change it with out the original pin someone on here has got the instructions but i can't remember who. the dealer can also programme the new fobs with out needing a pin code.

Default Sigma M30 Alarm.

There is a way to code in a new pin, I work for Toad (they own Sigma) and have access to the required info. Are you local to sussex? If you are we could meet up and I could sort it for you. Sorry but a bit reluctent to release this sort of info on the web. Even to responsable people like yourselves.
Also the cases are sealed and shouldn't be taken apart as they might not go back together very well. I can code new ones for you at the same time aswell.

Ande.

Ande,

By chance I found a little silver sticker in my car user handboox that has the alarm's PIN number on. Thanks for your offer anyhow. Using the instructions I have I can code in new fobs, so all I need to do is buy some..

Ande,

Email me - I have an idea where you can find your PIN.

Obviously, I'm not going to mention it on a BBS
