Can anyone tell me why my Toad alarm beeps 5 times when I lock the car, when, up until this morning, it used to beep twice?

I think its telling you doors are open,manual says 5 bleeps door+.

And check the switch under the bonnet as it is very easily bent. Mine bent within 2 weeks and I got the 5 bleeps.
