I know the answer to this problem.

When u close ur windows open the door, cos u will notice the window goes up a few mm further thus blocking out the wind whereas jsut closing window whilst door is closed leaves enough gap for wind to get though

Worked for me!

Ultrasonics are set too sensitive. They need turning down a little. I would tell you how, but it's been ages since I've touched a sigma and can't remember if its a Pot on the control unit or via a service-set mode with the remote.

anyone?

Mine is on standard settings and goes off every ******* nite without fail

I thought it was wind, closed the vents.
I thought it was the heat in the summer.
I thought it might now be the cold.

This morning it went off at 7am, and when i turned off the siren, it went off again 2 mins later. Ended up having to go to work cos I didn't want to just get up to turn the ultrasonics off.

May have to buy a new alarm methinks.
