Got a clifford 500 alarm, and now the chirps are not correct anymore on arm and disarm functions.
I have reset the system to factory settings using valet button.

What happens is this.
If I arm I get 1 chirp (should be 2)
If I disarm I dont get a chirp (should be 1)
If I use Silent arm I get 1 chirp (should be none)
If I use silent disarm I get none (this is correct)

I have been to the conpany that fitted the alarm and they say that its the brain of the alarm that is faulty.

Do you have any other possiblilities that it could be?
