Can anyone tell me what a turbo timer is

The simple explanation is that its a device that keeps your engine running after you remove your keys from the ignition, it runs for a set time (upto 2 mins depending what its programmed to) and keeps the oil going around your turbo whilst it cools down (stopping the oil getting burnt if you just turn the engine off after a long run due to the turbo being extremely hot).
