I believe they are available now... Any clifford dealer should be willing to make a call and get you a price!

When I wanted one, they weren't available for the G4 range, so we (Max) ended up building the entry level G4 alarm into a box running off a 12v adaptor. Works a dream.

Yes, DEI who now own Clifford have their 3-Channel compatible receiver which is an easy DIY fitment, requiring only an external 12V regulated plug-in mains supply (Cheapo one from Maplins will do). Speak to your local Clifford agent. Price should be around £85.

Glad to hear the old 'Arrow in a box' is still working well Chiark. Pop in for a pot of tea sometime.

Max I have a Concept 50x will it work with that frequency??

Heard that it won't work with them on the 50x frequency "but that was a non techie speaking"

I have a remote kit with the door but don't want two remotes on the key ring and the control unit for the door has all sorts of inputs etc to add opening and closing.

50x isn't G4, is it? They did make garage door interfaces for the older series - phone clifford and see if they've still got stock of 'em now they've moved to G4.

Sorry for being away for a while!!!

Give Clifford/DEI a call on 0800 929949 and ask whether there are still any 418 Mhz 3-Channel gagrage door receivers still available. There may still be a couple left in a dark corner of the warehouse, but they may then ask you to place the order through your local dealer as they don't deal directly with the public.
