i got a serpistar gr480 (with no instruction) ,i set it off by mistake ,(sat on the key fob whilst in the car) turned it off with the override key, now the alarm won't switch on, i change the battery in the fob and still nothing although the imbolizers is still working! anyone got any idea's?

Daft question, but have you turned it back ON with the override key?

when the alarm goes off, press the key fob button......

Not much help really, but otherwise call a Serpistar dealer.....

Call BrayBrooks 08000 520292 (hertford)

probably pressed 2 many buttons 2 many times. will try braybrooks monday.

phoned "protec" from basingstoke told me the key fob had prob dropped its code ,also how to recode the fob ,30 seconds later everythings works , nice one "protec". boll8ks to the other 6 firms i'd phoned earlier
