Sigma Alarms
#1
Having a scoured the web for some info on my alarm this was about the only place I found with any useful information.
I’ve just purchased a relatively new Ford Fiesta (one year old) from a dealership.
Unfortunately they were particularly unhelpful when it came to the details of the alarm. I have one key fob and a very volatile alarm!! I know that it’s an Sigma M – Series alarm, it handles my central locking from the remote fob, I also have an internal key pad.
What I can’t understand is the amount of times an hour it seems to be going off, I do live on a fairly busy street, but the alarm doesn’t seem to sound when large vehicles and trucks shake the car on their way past. I have sat now at quite length and just simply watched the alarm sound for no reason. Whilst in a car park as I approached my car the alarm started to sound with nobody anywhere near it.
If anybody can offer any solutions I’d be really grateful, as would my neighbours I’m sure!!
Thank in advance

The sensitivity can only be altered by a dealer or alarm expert with a cp1 controller.
Try your local alarm suppliers, they should have the right tools for the job.
