I have this problem, was going to set the superlock while on holiday for 2 weeks but thought I ought to check the PIN code before hand and despite having the original silver stickers with the code, found no joy. I believe that the code can be reset by an alarm company. Haven't had time to do this yet as dealer is a 50 mile round trip away and they have to take the car to an alarm fitter.
If anyone knows of any other way of resetting this, it would be appreciated. Only problem is the security issue.
If only previous owners would be kind enough to write down the code change!!!

Have you looked in the alarm book ?
Some dealers stick them in there on inside cover or on the page relating to the pin code.
Mine was there and the other was tucked in a corner of the leather folder.
Otherwise mate try a Sigma dealer.
good luck.

Yep looked all over. There is a silver label in the back of the alarm manual but all it has is a bar code and a 15ish digit number - not what I'm looking for I don't think.
My missus got locked out of the car the other day when the batteries went duff at Asda, she was not happy and I had to get a lift out with the spare fob. - Of course it was all my fault!!!

Had no manual or code for mine when I got it. Paid £70 from a local company for 1 extra keyfob, certificate for insurance co. and resetting of code. Keyfob was £35+vat so I reckon £15 - £20 is a fair price for a reset.
