steering wheel lock..
#3
i've tried turning the wheel, quite a bit and it doesn't lock.. its the momo wheel with airbag, if it makes a difference??
i've normally always locked the wheel in a position (on previous cars), so if the handbrake was released it could only go one way (most of the time..without breaking the built=in lock)..
if its supposed to lock, think i might need to visit the dealer to check..

Obviously your ignition has to be in the lock position (key all the way back or out). Then the steering wheel has to be turned a fair bit before it cuts in - nearly a whole 360 turn on my MY95.
I wouldn't do it while stationary as it cant be much good for tyres or stearing.
Tip: to unlock it again you need to wiggle the wheel while you turn the key - took a Scoobynet post for me to discover that before I could use my car again
