2002 WRX STI Type UK Alarm Issue

I have a 2002 Impreza I have owned from new but this afternoon the alarm has started to randomly chirp every now and then even with the car running, any ideas what it could be?

Usually chirps for low battery voltage.

Water in the siren, it's under the scuttle panel.
I had this a month or so ago with my sons Bug WRX.
I fitted a second Hand one and wrapped it in a carrier bag lol...
