Can any one recomend where to get the speed restricter removed or get the car converted from KPH to MPH ( Not the speedo saying 110MPH). So that the restricter is 180MPH not 180KPH.

Hoping someone knows
Ed.

Interesting the UK ECU also drops boost between 140 and 150 mph - anyone know a UK track where you could get up to this speed?

Re your question, there are frequency converters which can do this for you - http://www.grahamgoode.com/cgi-bin/p...page=speed.htm

Thanks for that. how much did they charge and how quick were they . or did you have to book it in, in advance.

John, Bruntingthorpe has plenty of space for 140+mph runs.

Cant remember how much it cost or how long it took to do, I had the car booked in for a few other things at the same time.
You could give them a phone on 01592 773677 and i'm sure they will advise you on this.
Hope this helps
