Thumbs up

Big thumbs up for the above. Andrew Walsh has set up a superb day for learning the limits of yer car...PROPERLY.

Big Grin factor all round with destroyed SO2's, depleted clutch life, dent in wing and an average of 4mpg on full chat.

Totally changed my outlook on Evo ownership....it's staying now. Only real wish was that AYC was switchable as it is too forgiving.

One of the highlights of today was ******* M12 getting a seeing to around the circuit. Very nice....and bloody quick.

Cool

Good to hear that you're keeping the Evo!
Great car.

Hope the dent in your wing is not too serious.

Kos.

Braking Techniques, steering with throttle, teaching quicker entry and exit speed techniques...sideways action (hence knackered SO2's), then setting up a circuit for max. blatting around using all you have learnt. Going head to head with another car. One starts half way round the circuit and you try and catch him. I was catching the Elises @ 5 secs a lap , but the exige was a different matter, that is a quick well sorted machine. Times were pretty equal.

You will enjoy it. I twatted the wing during the steering exercise being too enthusiastic and tryin to flick the car, as I ran over the base of one cone, it was flicked onto my wing.....an easy job for dentmaster.
