More likely you need a legal car.

If it is a decat issue then see if you can borrow one from somewhere....

I'm sure that AWD in Perth have a fully cat'd up exhaust system that they fit, get car MOT'd with and then bring back and re-fit your aftermarket system.

Might be worth a call.
