Wheel Refurbisher in Edinburgh
You've of having one of those days, I'm having one of those years ...
I was changing my nice shiny new wheels over for me old track wheels tonight.
Now I dropped one wheel, anyone guess which one it was
?
That's right, one of my f'ng four week old GT1s that I've saved up for over the past six months.
It managed to spin as it landed, taking chunks out of nearly every spoke, and at several places around the edge of the rim.
Anyone know any decent place in Edinburgh that can make it good as new ?
Is it even possible, or am I up for a new wheel
?
Andrew.

try MRM at Roseburn in Edinburgh. They recently refurbed the rim on one of my Superleggeras which I'd kerbed and did a very good job including matching the colour. If you take the car along they'll quote you - it depends on damage obviously - but mine cost circa 45 I seem to remember.
good luck
