Now that my MY98 is out of warranty, I'm looking to get it serviced Real Soon Now. What recommendations are their for garages within 100miles of Aberdeen? Other "nice to have" is Saturday morning servicing as I need the Scoob for work (well, when I'm not away)...

So far, recommended to me are Dave Brown or Ricky Gauld.

Question for Dave: Do you open on Saturday mornings

Hi Miles

David ( Scottish menace) uses Falkland Performance Centre in Glenrothes. He says they are very good so will be trying them in the next few weeks for my service, if they are open at the weekends I am not sure. This could be on the limit of your travel distance. The other garage I was thinking about trying is Dave Brown's.

Yes Miles I do use Falkland and they have been great with me. They used to specialise in Cosworths but since their demise they have concentrated on Scoobys. The owner Kevin is building his own Rally scooby - you will see it in the Garage. He might even give me a shot of it so I can get some revenge and blow away that white evo monster of Johns They are open Saturdays.

On saying all that the last thing I would want to do is take business away from Dave Brown. Over to you mate

Dear oh dear Dave, It seems I've scarred you for life. I'll also have to buy another tub of Brasso, as I've run out polishing the trophy

ooohhhhhh

OK then....0.01 seconds in it though!!!

Not bad for a 250 bhp UK scooby Vs 340bhp EVO6...

Octane booster & a few more psi for next time

Dave
