Just a short mention to say that the SIDC are having an open day at Grampian Transport Museum on Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
Free entry!
Everyone welcome. Visiting car clubs also welcome, and they can have their own display area.
As well as the static car displays, with trophies on offer for the best cars in the show and shine competition, we'll also have the sprint track in use all day from 11am onwards (£10 fee for as many runs as you can fit in) one car on track at a time.
We'll also have the Grampian Police Impreza there around lunchtime so people can chat about the car, road safety, safe driving, advanced driving techniques etc, and we're hoping to persuade him to do a few demo laps on the track as well
We're also raising money for Northsound Radio's Cash for Kids appeal, so please do give generously
Hoping for a big turn out of cars at this event.
