Grant, what weekend is that then, Friday 11th June?

Might be interested depending on times and stuff. Don't finish work until 5:00pm on Fridays, but hopefully that won't be a problem.

On Friday night the first international, the top end stuff, car through Ae is 20.12,Heathall @21.00 and back to Ae @21.52

If we meet at Happendon services at say 1900 We can head straight for Heathall Super Special,A701 is closed after 1900,so we will need to head for Lockerbie then through Lochmaben and see Ae after the Super Special

I will be at the Happendon services at 1830-1900 leaving at 1915 at the latest We cannot gun it because guaranteed the "Safety camara van" will be present for defo

Cheers Grant

They are resurfacing the whole road from Locharbriggs to Beattock from 1st june to 1st july They might see sense and open it then again .....
We can come off at Moffat and if it is closed i know the back roads down to Lochmaben
Will leave Happendon at 1915 and head straight for the Super Special at Heathall,First international car is at 21.00
We can watch the first 15-20 cars then head to Ae forest.Park the car in the forestry commision car park and climb up the mountain bike trail to the stage to catch the first international car at 21.52

See you there if you can

Cheers Grant.

Should be able to make it to Happendon easily for 19:00, maybe even earlier depending on traffic.

GM is your little birdie psychic?

Is my little birdie psychic? No, but he is the Clerk of the Course....

Heathhall looks pretty good from the photos I've seen BTW. Spectator viewing is from the top of a quarry as the cars round the bottom through a water splash.

Enjoy yourselves peeps - I'll be thinking of you as I sit in HQ all weekend At least I won't get midgied to death though

aaahhhh the power of the PIAA's strikes again, grant that was them aimed at the ground about 10 feet infront of the car, you should have saw them light up the road when i adjusted them when we turned off at abingdon. SORRY MATE, but it is a full proof way of making sure that you will never get cataracts. LOL
