Alan, got it in one mate, just imagine her as being REALLY RAW. Must admit I'm totally gutted at seeing it!! What a beasty it's turned out to be
Brian, thanks mate although 16meg is way too big for my wee dial-up. I'll check it out at work later in the week
HeHe, Moses, yeah I'll need to get that signature setup again.
I think a wee trip out and about tomorrow, prior to KH!!

John would not be a bad move heading back to the EVO, if you can afford the petrol.
had a blast in john's from extreme today, Wicked and bloody frightening. put me right off the Scoob for 5 mins, until i thought about running costs?.
its always been my opinion since my mate got his EVO 6, that its the one to have mate. if i could afford the running costs, it would be sitting in my drive.
nough said.

Johns car is a bit of a beast. i was in last week just before Sam map'd the car. That's where I caught the Evo bug again and Spanpody has, I think, tipped me over the edge. Hopefully tomorrow I'll calm down for a wee while and enjoy the Scoob again.
Catch you tomorrow @ KH

John i've had the EVO bug for four years mate, it will never go away, as i said, if i could afford it, it would be in the driveway just now.(maybe me mate will sell me his 99 plate 12.000miles), can only dream.
was just saying to john today before i had a run in his beast, how much i craved an evo, after the run the eyes were popping out the head, and the brain was working overtime trying to convince myself i could afford it. but realistically i cant, struggling just now with my petrol consumption.
however maybe in the near future, you never know.
catch you guys at KH tommorow. Still keen on the pax lap john, dont think i'll be on track, exhaust being fitted next monday"skint".
cheers
Paul.

John,
Evo tuning has come on leaps and bounds since you had your car. The majority of owners (like myself) are now running fully mappable ECU's and the results with them just get better and better. The difference in torque and 'area under the graph' is unbelievable.
Even with an uprated fuel pump and Autronics ECU I get BETTER fuel consumption than when I had my standard and then Ralliart ECU! The part throttle map in those ECU's are terrible.
The prices of tuning bits for them are getting cheaper by the week
