Thumbs up need help/info for rebuild please

hi, i need to find out all the diffrent torque settings for MY97 uk impreza, putting it back together but i forgot that i dont have any settings for head bolts, con rods, and every other part that needs torqued where could i find this info asap

broxburn mate, near livingston only prob is my mate is waiting to torque parts and i forgot to get him the info

ah well. bit away for a quick run for ya. i'm in balloch.


what i will say is, it aint gonna be easy to tell you over the phone or s net m8. because certain ones need certain torques(obviously, but you'd be surprised what i mean) and in a certain order. therefore if you dont get a book, dont do it!!!!

no probs. if you have a hassle(and i dont to put a dampner on it, but i doubt you'll find anything in pdf on the net) then send me a pm if you plan on coming out this way and i'll loan you the book needed.

I've got the Haynes manual for a Ford Escort if that is any good. Oh, and a Nissan Micra too amongst others?
