Hooray,

Got an email from my insurance company (Elephant) just now. It said:

"We have now settled your claim and reinstated your No Claims Bonus."

You beauty - I'm off to the dentis now for two fillings (not so good)!!!

Got a letter from them this morning saying that after six weeks the third party still had not yet received the van drivers claim form and my insurer would keep chasing it for me.

Then I get an email at 18:30 telling me the good news. Must have just been sorted this afternoon then.

Great thing about Elephant is they email all letters to you instead of posting them - much quicker.

Can't fault them really. They have handled it very well and written to me often enough.

Still hate their Indian call centre for service - it is VERY poor.
