Red face Looking to buy

Where else is there to look for an Impreza , lookin to spend around 7k on an Import(big spender I know) , tried the 3 favourites local to me (Livi) Mckays , Calders( Ive had no probs in the past... before yeas start ), JVS. Have seen only 1 suitable @JVS but he's not phoned me back yet (after 2 days!) so back to the search.
Need to be a dealer as there will be a trade in involved.

Anyone else heard about Scottish Motor Auctions starting to sell Imports , guy at work says so??

Andrew is in Japan ,its Peter thats running the show just now. This possible deal has been dragging on for over a week now , just want an answer either way. There's been lots of hummin an hawin and its p*ssing me off thats why I am looking elsewhere now/or email Andrew in Japan but the waiting time for it to come would kill me.

You could see if JVS have anything suitable already on the way back from Japan from one of their previous buying trips if you don't want to wait too long - advantage however with getting Andy to buy for you is you specify whatever you want, eg colour, wheels, engine mods etc etc - I did and I'm happy with my JVS car.

Cars sold , somebody offered him £500 quid more on Saturday, nice of him to let me know(I belled him this morning)!
I've mailed Andy in Tokyo, fingers crossed.
What the whole experience like waiting, collecting etc. from a customers point of view?

Waiting is v. frustrating ! Mine missed the boat that we'd hoped it woudl catch due to the paperwork to release the car in Japan note getting done in time.
You've got the time it takes to get the car on the boat, shipping time then once it lands there's the SVA etc so it DOES take time but it should be worth the wait.
Guess if you're impatient then a local car is maybe more suitable - a case of trying to find once that matches your requirements/price etc.
