Just wondering what sort of state the job markets in for primary teachers ? I briefly remeber seeing somewhere that your wife was a teacher ?

Is there more supply than permanent jobs out of interest ?

Looking to coax my girlfriend up here who's also a primary teacher, hence the request.

No doubt they both enjoyed there 6 week holidays !

Yep, the missus (currently a fiancée but in nine weeks she will be Mrs Atkinson ) is just starting her placement at Westerton Primary.

Is there more supply than permanent jobs out of interest ?
I'll get her to look at your post to give a proper answer, but she has said previously that good supply teachers are in demand.
