CT and I will be joining the A90 at Stoney.

Remind me when you usually meet at the Esso place.

Cheers,

The Elises will be meeting up at the Esso S/S, 0600-0615. I am going down on Friday afternoon and staying with Robin in Edinburgh. Also taking my daughter Clare down with me for some pax laps.
See you there.

Normally 6am Jools, as if there are a few cars, by the time we get re-fulled at Kinross etc., a 6:15 departure can leave us a bit late at Knockhill, especially if you have slicks to swap over etc.

Wink

John...Slicks to swap over I'll be towing the Westy with the A-frame. Might need to leave early doors; but if required Young KP can always take the 7 and I'll hassle the smarties on route

I get the feeling Infinity may be going down to try out his new toy on K/H seeing as his new brakes are now on his P1

If anyone arrives a few minutes late at Esso to see no-one there, don't worry - we tend to drive down at legal speeds all the way, so a little bit of effort will see you catch up no problems.

Russell/Martin - you'll need to send me the details of the P1 etc. fairly quick, as there aren't that many spaces left if you want to go no track.

Cheers

Just to clarify, where is this garage you'll all be meeting? Is it the one up by Makro or the one just as you leave Abz or the one just afer the turn to Findon?

I'll be there in my Evo to enjoy a days spectating.

There is a passenger seat going spare if anyone wants a lift down too.

Cheers
James

Room for one more at the Esso @ 6? Think i'd better see what all the fuss is about.

I'd a love a passenger lap or two (first time at SIDC track day) if anyone may have a spare seat at some point? Failing that i'll be wielding the camera in the approximate direction of the track.

Will also give me a chance to pick up my SIDC pack i cunningly had sent to the wrong address...

The track is open from 9am to 1pm, and generally passengers start to get laps in from about 9:30ish onwards, as there are 3 warm up groups to start with which just gets the cars warmed up and and the drivers familiar with the track. These last only 5 laps, and then after that it's an open pit lane.

JohnS.

Do passengers have to register at Race Control ??

I remember that was the way back in my hot hatch day times.

Passengers register with me, after the drivers briefing. After about 9:30, the forms will be in the helmet store on the pit lane for passenger registration.
