Edinburgh/Lothians meet.
All day and all night. Think Scoty and I are bringing the tents!!
Anyone else fancy a camp? Bringin' Dodgy so all partners welcome.
Scoty might be sharing with Ricey, As long as Bobby Smart is finished with his big top!

Right,
It's been a few months since the last meet the Kartman organised, which had a good turnout.
Since then, seems to be a few more new Scoobs kicking around, so perhaps time for another meet ?
Any ideas as to where and when ?
Throw a few dates about and we'll get something that suits all.
If we could depend on the weather we could oragnise a bbq, but knowing what it's like, probably a normal meet would be better.
So..
Anyone interested ??
Cheers the noo.

Yep, I'm up for another meet
No big preference to weekdays/weekends to be honest, but Monday nights are out for me.
Probably best to suggest a date/time and see what objections you get - leaving it open never seems to get anywhere IMHO !!
Thanks for meeting up yesterday by the way. Haven't got round to fitting it yet, but hoping to get there this week sometime.
Well impressed with your new zorst - I could tell you were close a mile before you got there
!!!

1)Pick a date
2)Pick a location
3)Post it up
4)See who turns up
Ain't no point in trying to accomodate everyone as it just doesn't work
Cheers
and maybe see you there if the date suits........
PS The Steading and the Stable Bar at Mortonhall (that we met at the last time) both have big car parks

I'll do a search for the last post, but here's a multimap link :
Multimap link to Stable Bar
Word of warning though. As it's mid July, and the Stable bar is next to a camp site - there's likely to be a few tourists around !! If everyone likes Germans, then no problem - just warning you that you might want to bring your beach towels with you so you don't loose your table when you go to the bar
!!

And some directions copied from the last post :
"It's about a mile inside the bypass (A720), between the Fairmile Head and Straiton junctions (turn off Frogston Road into the Klondyke garden centre, and keep going past it until you hit the end of the road)."
And finally, a link to their website too, in case you want to check out their menu :
