here are some pics of the front part of my rear prop off my escos
if anyones interested that is

its a group A section and this happened when launching it at about
5000rpm at bruntingthorpe on friday

when that broke it transferred most of the power thru the front diff and stripped the pinion as you can see




























it was pushing around 600bhp inc the nos when this happened

dont know what sort of torque it has but its fookin plenty to
be able to do that! LOL

I'm no engineer but i'd say that's not lloking too healthy. Shame to see you've been breaking stuff again!

How did you fare otherwise?

jim, nightmare had about 3 high speed runs up yhe runway with
tony turbosystems to check for det etc

then first launch with the timing gear on that happened

BTW i cant beleive the number of views some of the threads on scoobynet get and so few replys...E.g this ones had about 150 so far and only 5 replys

I'm sure the lack of replies is due to the state of shock their all in having seens what your monster does to genuine rally bits!

Did you hear i've strayed from the RS brand? hehe!! Got a nice wee evo 5 now! Was at AVA on fri and it now make 270@ wheels! Lots of fun and a wee bit quicker than the old 2k!

so u got a new one coz i was gonna give u tom seal from gripper , redkop lynne gave me his details last yr coz andy got his diff from tom too

that is nice im getting a rs one coz kev is gonna get evo'd lol


im having u on mate will be a good race coz i cant really launch it till i get a rs diff, driveshafts , propshaft etc etc and carrier then i can launch

glad to see tony from turbosystems tuning your car ,many years ago he pointed me in right directions with tuning rs turbos ,i managed to get over 300 bhp from engine and used to **** over everything on trackdays , sold car on and believe it set a time of 11.3 at crail ,was going to get featured in fast car but guy blew up engine on way to knockhill at 165 mph on speedo ,when the water injection pipe blew of
shocker
