I've eventually decided to return to Impreza ownership sooner that I expected. I don't really want a wait on a new car as I've done that, and the wait is cr@p.

What is available at the mo? I'm looking for a late bug eye sti or a new version. Does anyone know of locations of such beasts at your local dealers.

I have been out and about today, seeing what Audi had to offer...not much under 40k !! I also stumbled upon a Mitsu dealer and got talking about an E8 (feel the force... ). I'm off to Nobles tomorrow to look at a demo Sti, although one that stands out at the moment is a white bug-eye in Perth, although the sales dept, haven't returned my call in two days. I guess not a lot changes..eh!

Lifes good a the moment when this is my only worry.

The white bugeye at T&C in Perth, is it the STI7?
If so, it was Garys ex-demo. Been properly run in and is supposed to be seriously quick compared to some STI7's going about.

I'm sure Russell will sort you out a good deal if you fancy it

their is 2 cracking new sti,s at nobles in penicuik .mica blue and a cracking black one with the new althrite wheels.24,000 notes i think,also some nice 2nd hand scoobies ,

T&C have a Black bugeye Prodrive STI when I was getting my car serviced a couple of weeks ago

 

Cheers guys. Went thru' to Nobles today for a look at the 03 demo car. Impressive looking to say the least. Also impressive in the road. Definetly prefer its looks to a bug eye. I may just hang off a wee while longer and order a new one.

Town and Countys STI hasnt half been run in,it was the one they used for fast laps at Knockhill last year,well and truly hammered.

RSIIs will be available in black, blue, silver or white. They differ from a GSR only in that they have air con instead of climate control and no rear wash wipe.

It has electric windows, ABS, SuperAYC, air con. NOT to to be confused with the RS. Sure the RS's are cheaper (lower spec) but this is the more expensive RSII (originally £30k when it came out!)
It was also the basis for Colt's FQ300.

Span....I'm feeling the force. I've been thru to Pheonix in Glasgow and I'm on the list for a drive of their E8 demo car. Hopefully they will have it in a couple of weeks. Although a trip to Xtreme is not out the question.
