Question

Was wondering if anyone fairly local to me would be able to help me fit (or at least set up) a dawes device. I've a fair idea as to how to do it but for safety reasons woul appreciate the knowledge of someone that has done this before

Thanks in advance
Steven

Hi m8,

where abouts in Lanarkshire are you, I'm in Uddingston if you're not too far away I could give you a hand.

Hi Sipie, going well, can't complain thanks, what about you? I worked out why that filter looked strange, it says K&N on the side ........... so, anyone want to buy an ITG filter

I've been trying to cut down on the dodgy deals recently, arousing too much suspicion these days it seems, must be associating with dodgy people like you that's done it

Scott, cheers mate. I stay in Motherwell, i managed to fit it by looking at a few old posts and think it's setup right. It is registering 15.5psi peak and holding about 15psi in the higher gears, is this correct do you know?

Any help would be much appreciated
Steven

It sounds OK, do you have a AFR gauge fitted to make sure you have enough fuel for the increase in boost?

Depends what year your car is, I fitted one to my MY00 so I know where the lambda wire is on that but it differs on older cars. If you ask in the technical forum someone in there will know, that who I found out.
